remanufactured by OEM, 2001 model, Hopper GXXTA double-drum, 350 horsepower
drawworks with GM 6V92T engine and Allison 6061 transmission. Rig is brand new
from EOM. Includes hydraulic winch, separate hydraulic system to run tubing
tongs, 2" air diaphragm pump, 14,000’ of new 9/16" sandline, new 14’
x 14’ working floor with catwalk and two sets of pipe racks capable of picking
up and laying down from the operator’s side, ladders and handrails for all,
new hydraulic tubing tongs for 2-3/8" tubing through 5-1/2" tubing
with all handling tools, tongs and all handling tools for 1-1/4" rods. Mast
is Hopper 77’, 100,000# four-legged, telescoping derrick with rod basket to
handle double rods up to 1-1/4" and tubing board to stand singles of range
2 tubing. Blocks are 90 ton McKissick’s strung on four lines.
 Pump
and Tank: 1998 modelGardner-Denver, 400 horsepower model TGH triplex pump,
powered by Cat 3406 with Allison 6061 transmission. Pump has 10,000 psi. fluid
end with hydraulically powered 5"x6" centrifugal charging pump.
Includes new 5-valve, 5,000 psi. pump manifold with adjustable choke, all
hardline, chiksans, bails, and suction and pump hoses. All pressure iron is
pressure rated to 5,000 psi. with 1502 unions. Tank is a 120 bbl.,
three-compartment tank with a 5"x6" centrifugal pump with mixing
hopper, powered by 50 horsepower electric motor. Brand new hot water triplex
pump with diesel power capable of pumping 3-4 bpm of 200° F water for cleaning
rods and tubing prior to pulling out of the hole.
 BOP
and Accumulator: 1998 model three-station accumulator with hydraulic pump
powered by electric motor and air pump. BOP is a 11", 3,000 psi. annular
with nitrile elements for oil-based drilling fluids and metallurgy for H2S
service Two 2-7/8", 5,000 psi. TIW valves with crossovers to 5-1/2".
Generators: Main generator is a1998 model 220 kW generator powered by
a 3406 Caterpillar engine. Generator is mounted in a 12’ W x 36’ L parts
house/tool shop/generator house that includes storage for spare parts,
consumables, filters, tools, etc. Also includes welder, cutting equipment,
grinder, bench, steam cleaner, and air compressor. Standby generator is a 2000
model 120kW, powered by six cylinder John Deere diesel engine.
Toolpusher Trailer: 10’ x 48’ Teton heavy-duty trailer with two
bedrooms, office, bathroom, kitchen, satellite TV, central air, and washer/dryer
( to be parked at approved site for toolpusher to stay in field). Field
toolpusher and crew change trailer: Porta-Kamp 10’x40’ with eating
facilities and lockers for the crew, complete bathroom, and office and eating
facilities for toolpusher.
Auxiliary Equipment: All handling tools for ¾" thru 1/1/4"
sucker rods and 2-3/8" thru 5-1/2" tubing. All fire extinguishers and
safety equipment as required.
